Construction Updates
Construction keeps progressing at Prime Gardens by Prescott at Arjan. We are happy to share the latest updates with our customers. In addition to the project progress pictures we shared, we also share the official progress report by DLD with the site inspection date. As construction advances, further details and reports will be updated for all our customers.
Activities Milestone
- Main Entrance finishing work is completed.
- Lift interior work is done.
- Kitchen back splash- F.F all complete & Remaining one apartment kitchen splash is in Progress.
- A/c and lights testing and commissioning is done.
- 5th floor lights testing and commissioning is in Progress.
- Final paint for All Floor is completed. except-5th floor-which is in progress.
- Initial Deep Cleaning work is completed for all the floors.
- Final Deep Cleaning work is in Progress.
- TV - Tiles with structure -1&6th done,
- Tiles progress in 2- ND floor, structure progress on-3rd floor.
- Gym Equipment is installed.
- Parking Area snagging is ongoing.

- Plastering work at Main Entrance is completed.
- Initial Submission for DCD is approved.
- Main Entrance & Lift Lobby Cladding works is ongoing.
- Ground floor - Parking Ceiling Surface preparation & Painting in progress.
- Deep cleaning work is going on at 4th Floor Level.
- False Ceiling work at 7th Floor and Roof is in progress.
- Ongoing Kitchen Cabinets & Tile work at 7th Floor.
- Tile work around Swimming pool is completed.
- Water proofing work inside pool is done.
- Inside pool tile work is in Progress.
- First floor Balcony Tiles laying in progress.
- Grouting work is ongoing at all the Floors.
- Tower Crane Shell - Core Slab preparation in progress At Podium -2.
- Boundary wall is completed at Elevation D.
- Interlock tile work is completed in setback area of Elevation D
- Rear Entrance Access interlock & Curbstone laying work is Completed.
- Elevation - B set back Area interlock completed.
- Front Elevation-A, leveling & Compaction has carried out.
- 5th floor lift lobby & opposite wall wood paneling works in finishing Stages and same is continuing on 6th & 7th floor.
- Fire Alarm Fix at staircase is ongoing.
- Ongoing Light fixing at Ground, 4th & 5th Floor.
- Deep cleaning at 5th & 6th in progress.
- Wiring Accessories fixing at 4th & 5th Floor is in progress.
- Final Fix at Electrical Room is ongoing.
- Cable termination at Roof floor is in progress.
- Ongoing Installation of AC duct at Ground & Roof Floor.
- Plumbing work at Roof floor is in progress.
- Fire Fighting work at ground and Roof Floor is going on.
